Kirby "Star" 2011: Chances of online multiplayer?

What do you think are the chances of the new Kirby Wii game having online multiplayer?

I think the chances are pretty slim actually, :/ , I'm guessing there will be some local multiplayer function but I don't have high hopes for online.

As much as I like to see multiplayer in any game, I have my doubts there will even be local multiplayer.

I'm hoping there will at least be local multiplayer since Epic Yarn had it but I not going to hold hopes for an online multiplayer.

It's true, there's doubts that there will even be local multiplayer but then again not every game benefits from multiplayer. If they can give it a solid single player experience I would be content with that.

I'm hoping for seem decent mini games that you can play with friends local or online.

Mini-games would be a nice bonus, but I think it would be especially neat if Kirby and Metaknight would co-exist to beat some greater evil. Both Local and Online Co-op here would be cool.

I don't want t seem negative guys but I'm 99% sure that there will be no online but I'd be happy for Nintendo to prove me wrong.

And Kirby isn't really a game that would benefit from online that much, now minigames is something we can probable expect.

That's not being negative at all, that's being realistic  . I still have hopes though for both local, online and minigames but minigames are pretty much a given.
