Nintendo 3DS battery life 3-5 hours

I was browsing some 3DS websites and it turns out that the Nintendo 3DS will only have 3-5 hours battery life. This is really suckish because the original DS Phat had around 8 hours.

Even so, with the focus being to keep your 3DS ON they really should have a better battery than that.

It turns out the the PSP 2 will have 4-5 hours so this is crap for Nintendo  >:(

I'm sure Nintendo are just being conservative, I'm sure it can do better than 3 hours.
