Nintendo Universe: Moon Dust (Roleplay)

Story

Basically the story is that the moon that serves all Nintendo worlds from all the games has been smashed into pieces by this evil being called Blade Blood. If the pieces of the moon aren't found and the moon fixed back together then all the Nintendo worlds will collapse. The heroes of the games decide to get together to save the universe and find all the moon pieces which have been scattered about. This will be an epic adventure as Blade Blood has recruited the Nintendo baddies by tricking them to believe he will create new worlds for them free of Nintendo heroes. However, Blade Blood just wants to destroy the whole universe.

Characters

Sign ups are happening now. You may request two characters and no more. Hurry up though as once a character has been requested it is too late. Choose your character carefully as you cannot change later on. Any character not picked will be controlled by me. THIS ROLEPLAY HAS STARTED, I WILL PLAY ALL REMAINING CHARACTERS UNTIL OTHER PEOPLE CLAIM THEM. EDIT: ALL THE GOOD GUYS ARE GONE, ONLY BADDIE PLACES LEFT.

Rules
You can go anywhere and if you need to summon a hero you can use your Nintendo Crystal. Any questions PM me.

If a character's name has a line going through it then that means it has been taken. No one liner posts, your post must have at least four lines. You must say where you are when you post. If you need to ask a question write OOC so we know you are out of character. No over usage of Nintendo crystals to summon other heroes. If you are going to sign up for this roleplay then you have to take part, you can't just request to be a character and then never post.

The Nintendo heroes were all sat round a stone table, worried looks on their faces. At the head of the table, sat Fox, stern and worried. They knew why they were there; a dark being called Blade Blood had smashed the Nintendo moon to pieces. If they did not retrieve the pieces from the five worlds where they were hidden, the Nintendo universe would fall into darkness. Each of the heroes from the Nintendo universe were tasked with retrieving them.

"We all understand what we have to do, right? Collect the pieces from each of the worlds; Hyrule, Kanto, Mushroom Kingdom, Dream Land and the lair of Blade Blood himself. Once we've collected all the moon pieces I will fly up to space in my ship and put it back together." Fox says. "Now you know your task, each of you take one of these crystals, with it you can summon one of us at any time. If you die it can be used to revive you but only once. Me and Kirby will head over to Dream Land, Link, Zelda and Sonic should go to Hyrule, Mario and Yoshi will go to Mushroom Kingdom, Ash and Pikachu can go to Kanto."

Fox watched as each of the Nintendo heroes nodded and left to go to the worlds instructed to them by Fox until only him and Kirby were left in the room. He had had fun meeting such an array of new beings but now the work had to be done and something was bothering him. Of all the ten heroes he had invited, one had not turned up. Meta Knight, Fox wondered why. He looked up at the sky where the moon should have been. There was no time to think about that now. He looked down at the pink blob next to him.

"Since Dream Land is your home Kirby, you lead the way and let?s find that first moon piece."

Ash and Pikachu were the first out of the door. Pikachu jumped on Ash's shoulders and Ash withdrew a pokeball from his belt.
"Go Pidgeot!" He shouted while the ball flew through the air.
A beam of light and then a proud bird emerged from the ball beating its huge wings.
"Take us back to Kanto, Pidgeot, we've got no time to waist!"
"Pika Pika!" Pikachu nodded in agreement.
Pidgeot sweeped down so that the young boy and his yellow companion could jump on its back. Ash slid his hands deep into Pidgeot's fur, he wasn't going to fall off again.
"Pika?" Pikachu whispered in his ear.
"I know," Ash said staring straight forward "This will be one of our biggest adventures yet. But we've got to try, the whole Nintendo Universe is at stake."
And so they flew off towards Kanto, in search of one of the moon pieces.

[The Philosopher]

Meta Knight peered down from above, watching each of the Nintendo heroes leaving the meeting place. In his right hand a sword and in his left the invitation that had been sent to him.

What did he care for other worlds? Dream Land was the only world he knew. The moon pieces were of no concern to him but he would watch from the side lines. Kirby was always getting himself into trouble and Kirby's strength would need to be tested.

He peered into the building and saw the Fox and Kirby were still standing there watching the others leave. Maybe now we would be the perfect opportunity to test Kirby's strength.

"I hope you are ready Kirby," he murmered, smiling behind his mask.

He would wait for the others to leave and then he would strike.

Sonic, raced out of the meeting room at top speed. From the corner of his eye he thought he could see a shadow but he kept running. He would run on ahead to Hyrule and Zelda and Link could meet him there. Being a stranger to the land he wanted to get there first to suss things out. All they saw was a blue blur as he raced off.
"See you there slow coaches!" He shouted back cockily.

Link watched in silence as the blue hedgehog sped away into the distance. He flinched when the hedgehog called back "slow coaches". He wished he would take this mission more seriously. The whole universe depended on it. He looked towards Zelda who just smiled. Sighing, he unhitched his master sword and followed the direction of the blue hedgehog towards Hyrule.

When they finally reached Link's home world they decided to first search the Deku forest for the first piece. The Blue hedgehog was sitting in one of the trees grinning like a cat.

"I can sense that one of the pieces of the moon is here," Zelda said.
Link nodded solemnly as it was not the only presence he felt. Something evil also lurked in the woods.

James played with the red and white pokeball in his hand. He stood perfectly still, his blue hair swaying slightly in the wind. Him, Jesse and Meowth had seen Ash land in Pallet down an hour ago and had been watching ever since.
"How long do we have to wait?" Meowth whined.
"Shut it!" Jesse hissed. "You'll give away our position."
Meowth sighed, and began playing with a rock on the ground.
"The man in the dark cloak said it was very important that the brat doesn't get his hands on the moon piece laying in Viridian forest!" James said. "If we do what he says he'll give us the strongest pokemon in the world."
"And we can get Pikachu, while we're at it," Jesse said gleefully.

Jesse remembered back to when they had first met the man, they had just been blasted away by the stupid brat and had landed head first into a bramble bush when this figure in a dark cloak approached them and gave them the job. The being floated across the ground as if he wasn't even human. Jesse shivered as if struck by a sudden chill. The being had called himself Blade Blood and evil seem to flow out of him. Jesse slapped herself in the face as if to wake herself up. What did it matter if Blade Blood was evil? He was giving them an opportunity to please Giovanni and that was all that mattered.

Sonic grinned when Link and Zelda finally arrived but instead of smiling back they stared back at him coldly. What was their problem?
"Let's get looking!" Sonic said jumping down from the tree.
The Deku forest was definitley a beautiful place but it was getting dark now and the trees were looking every more sinister.

Finally they spotted what they were looking for. A shiny white piece, so shiny that it seemed to emit light, high up in a tree.
"No problem," said Sonic racing up the trunk of the tree.
When he reached the top he went to grap the piece but something grabbed his hand instead.

Him, the moon piece and whatever had grabbed his hand tumbled downwards towards the ground where Link and Zelda waited.

"The Viridian forest is the most likely place," Ash said to Pikachu.
They had arrived back in Pallet down an hour ago and after having a quick rest at his mum's house and catching up with professor Oak they were ready to set off again.

Ash was no stranger to adventure but he was still sad to leave Pallet town behind again. He was confident in what he had to do but this adventure was completely different from journeying to collect all the gym badges. Every single world, not just his own were counting in him.

"Come on Pikachu," he said striding off towards Viridian forest.

"Quick, they're off!" Meowth yelped pointing at a disappearing Ash.
"After them then, you fool!" Jesse said slapping Meowth on the back of the head.
Meowth ran after Ash, with Jesse and James following behind.

When they finally arrived in Viridian Forest Ash was already peering in bushes and climbing trees in search for the moon piece. A caterpie slithered pa$$ed them lazily and James eyed it with disgust.
"Hey, twerp!" Jesse called out to Ash.
Before Ash could turn around Jess whipped out a pokeball and jumped forward.

"Prepare for trouble!" She sang.
"Make it double!" James chorused.
"To prevent the capture of the moon"
"And to please the boss very soon"
"To denounce all evils of truth and love"
"To extend our reach to the skis above"
"Jesse"
"James"
"Team Rocket blast off at the speed of light!"
"Surrender now or prepare to fight!"
"That's right!" Meowth added.

Ash stared at Team Rocket in disdain. They just wouldn't give up. Pikachu jumped down from the tree he was searching and held up the moon piece successfully.
"Don't you three ever quit?" Ash said tiredly, whipping out a Pokeball. "Go Charizard!"
A beam of red light burst out of the pokeball and Charizard came roaring out. The reddish beast stared at Team Rocket with hatred.
"Charizard! Flamethrower now!" Ash shouted, pointing at Team Rocket.

The cushy soft ground of Deku forest had cushioned his fall but he still felt a bit dazed when he got up. He stared around and met the eyes of the creature that had grabbed him and realised it had not been a hand that had seized him but vines...

It was some type of carnivorous plant, it blened in so well with the trees that he had not noticed it. Sonic jumped to his feet and ran straight into it before it could whip up the moon piece.
"Get the moon peice!" He shouted to Link and Zelda.

"We'll see about that little twerp!" Jesse screamed as the fiery breath of charizard cascaded towards her "Go Blaistoise!"
She smiled to herself as blaistoise took the hit. She knew Ash would be surprised but before she could explain James interrupted her.
"Blade Blood gave us new pokemon," he said as an alakazam appeared from one of his own pokeballs.
"We're unbeatable now," Meowth said giggling.
"Once you've recovered from that measly fire attack, blaistoise, blast Ash into the past with a hydro pump! And meowth get the moon piece from Pikachu!"
